As seems to be the standard plot, a human woman and a male centaur find each other attractive and... well, you can figure out the rest. There is little if any plot or set up, the art is not the worst I've seen but not great, and the story ends fairly bluntly.
Here again is the difference between sex as or with a centaur, and with an animal. A centaur is certainly not an animal. Of course, both human beings and centaurs fit the broad definition of animal, but I use the term animal in its second definition from the Merriam-Webster dictionary which reads, "2 a : one of the lower animals as distinguished from human beings." It is this definition I associate with the use of the word 'animal' when it comes to beastality. Which, I must strongly state I do not find at all attractive nor do I endorse. An animal cannot give free and clearly understoof consent. I have heard stories of mares 'presenting themselves' to their owner, but this is an instinctual reaction to the individual they see as leader of their herd. They would do the same if a stallion presented himself.
Anyway, all that aside, this comic concerns a human woman, and a centaur, which I think we agree is a sentient individual capable of making decisions in spite of any animal urges just as a human being can, or should. They meet and apparently have consentual relations.
